I am an individual customer — how do I order transport?

Big purchases at a DIY store, furniture shop, household appliances? Call us and we will match a courier and vehicle to your shipment.

How it works

Seven steps from your call to collecting your parcel.

  1. Contact us

    Call (22) 10 14 414. We accept orders Monday to Saturday 7 am–6 pm and on Sundays when shops are open.

  2. Basic order details

    Provide the pickup address, delivery address, parcel size and recipient's details.

  3. Pay for the order

    Accept the quoted price and pay via the payment link we send you or with BLIK.

  4. Courier on the way

    Track the courier's location via the link sent to you by SMS.

  5. Handing over the parcel

    Give the PIN code and hand over the parcel, or indicate a place from which collection on your behalf is possible.

  6. Delivery in progress

    The courier contacts the recipient and heads to the delivery address.

  7. Parcel handover

    The recipient collects the parcel by providing the PIN code received by SMS.
